Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at team@vendora.madethis.app with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us at team@vendora.madethis.app within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
